"The headline of the article mentions that Hamas was using Al-Shifa as a command center. Yet, you don’t give any evidence to support that claim. You just relay the IDF's information about finding an air conditioning mechanism and include their picture and video, not showing anything resembling a command center but tiles, toilets, a sink, and beds."

Dear Lorne Motley and Colin McGarrigle,
I am writing to express concern about your article: “Hamas tunnel under Al-Shifa shows how terror group was using the hospital as command center,” published on November 23 in Saskatoon StarPhoenix.
The headline of the article mentions that Hamas was using Al-Shifa as a command center. Yet, you don’t give any evidence to support that claim. You just relay the IDF's information about finding an air conditioning mechanism and include their picture and video, not showing anything resembling a command center but tiles, toilets, a sink, and beds. Hamas and hospital administrators have both denied this accusation, and much of Israel's evidence has been repeatedly discredited.
Since this article comes from the National Post, I suggest changing your headline to use the same one: “Toilets and air conditioning: Videos show inside Hamas tunnel under Al-Shifa hospital.”
I hope Saskatoon StarPhoenix will make this change.
Sincerely,
Fatima Haidar,
