Dear Mr. Fenlon, Mr. Stoffel and Ms. Bertrand,
Today, a damning independent report was released by the UN’s OHCHR.
The findings within the report look at evidence collected before and after October 7, 2023. The investigators conclude that their factual evidence is sufficient to make a legal determination that Israel has committed, and continues to commit, war crimes and the crime against humanity of extermination of Palestinians. Some, but not all, of this is through the systematic destruction of educational, cultural and religious sites.
