Given that Israel controls all air, water, and land routes into Gaza, water, food, medicine, and other essentials are incredibly limited, leaving Palestinians dehydrated, starving, and untreated for both critical injuries and preexisting conditions. These are the desperate conditions that Israel has unilaterally created, and that Palestinians are attempting to escape. Excluding voices that are critical of Israel or sympathetic to Palestinians, whether unintentional or on purpose, further marginalizes Palestinian narratives. Continue reading

When comparing this death toll to the 151 Palestinians who were killed in 2022, it becomes clear that Israel’s actions in Gaza are not isolated from their actions in the occupied West Bank. This loss of life should be regularly reported in articles related to Israel’s current military campaign. Continue reading
